    Brake Pads

    Both the BRZ and Scion shares pads with some WRX models. To make sourcing of pads easier, I always get the FMSI # confirmed and work with that for exact brands.

    In this case, the FMSI for the Front is D929 and the Rear D1004. There's an large number of pads of that type on the market. There are also these Ti heat shields:

    So I called Hardbrakes and confirmed that they have shims for our cars. They were kind enough to give us a little discount. Use coupon code BRZ2012 for free shipping until August 8th

    Are they WRX brakes or Legacy brakes?

    You just want the D1004? They don't fit the BRZ as we found out, you'd need the D1114 but those are not available I guess.
